7-day window
Unworn pieces with tags, fall, and pico intact can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Blouse pieces that have been cut, and lehengas that have been altered, cannot be returned.
How to start
Open the order from your account, or track it with the order number and mobile number, then write to the studio with photos if the weave, colour, or size is not as described.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days after the piece reaches the studio. Cash on delivery orders are refunded to a UPI id you share.
