Dispatch
Orders placed before 2 pm IST are packed the same day from Hyderabad. Handloom sarees are folded in muslin, then boxed. Kurtis and lehengas are packed flat.
Delivery times
Standard delivery reaches most Indian pin codes in 3 to 7 days. Express delivery, where the courier serves the pin code, arrives in 1 to 3 days. You will see the tracking status on your order page.
Charges
Standard shipping is free above the threshold shown at checkout, currently ₹999. Express shipping is charged on every order. Cash on delivery is available up to the limit set in the studio.
